PRODUCT
A dual-ended retractable eyebrow pencil that combines the benefits & techniques of a powder, pencil, and wax brow formula to create defined, well-groomed brows with ease.
COMPOSITION
A long-wear, waterproof, break-resistant formula that won't smudge or fade. Formulated WITHOUT fragrance, formaldehyde, parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. Vegan & Cruelty- Free.  
HOW TO APPLY
Step 1.  Use the spoolie end to brush hairs into place.
Step 2.  Define the shape of your brows by outlining the upper & lower brow with the flat edge of the pencil.
Step 3.  Use the point tip of the pencil to outline & define the tail of your brow.  
Step 4.  Create hair-like strokes in sparse areas to add texture. As a finishing touch, lightly brush through the brows with the spoolie for a natural, polished look. That's it!
