U.S. SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Shipping rates are dependent on weight & are calculated at checkout.  All prices on the website exclude shipping fees.  We try our best to process & ship your orders immediately upon receipt, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location.  Please note that international orders may sometimes experience delays, and are subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country. It is the your responsibility to pay any applicable duties and taxes.  By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to track your package.

SHIPPING POLICY


Forever Luxe Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments.  Once the package has left our possession, we are not responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.  All customers are responsible for entering the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but cannot be guaranteed as we try to process and ship orders as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately at support@foreverluxelashes.com for any changes.  

ORDER CANCELLATION


Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@foreverluxelashes.com. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. You may send your items back for a full refund as long as they are unopened and unused. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and we are not responsible for return shipping fees.

RETURNS


We want you to love your Forever Luxe products!  If you're having second thoughts or your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused merchandise from your order.  Lashes must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.  Due to sanitary purposes, any lashes that have been removed from the tray will NOT be accepted.  Simply contact us at support@foreverluxelashes.com within 30 days of receiving your order.  We do not accept exchanges on any orders.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and original shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.  If your order is returned within 31-60 days, you will receive a store credit.  Packages returned back to foreverluxelashes.com due to incomplete/wrong address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package and will either be issued a refund minus original shipping costs (within 30 days of purchase) or store credit minus original shipping costs (within 31-60 days of purchase).  Please allow 7-14 business days (from the date you shipped your package) for us to receive and process your return.  We highly advise that you provide us with a tracking number for your return as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.
