TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to track your package.

Forever Luxe Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments.  Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.  

All customers are responsible for entering the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address.  Any requests for address changes will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.  Please contact us immediately at support@foreverluxelashes.com for any changes.  

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@foreverluxelashes.com.  Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.  You may send your items back for a full refund as long as they are unopened and unused.  Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
