We want you to love your Forever Luxe products! If you're having second thoughts or your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused merchandise from your order. Lashes must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice. Due to sanitary purposes, any lashes that have been removed from the tray will NOT be accepted. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order!
- We do not accept exchanges on any orders
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and original shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE
- If your order is returned within 31-60 days, you will receive a store credit
- Packages returned back to foreverluxelashes.com due to incomplete/wrong address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package and will either be issued a refund minus original shipping costs (within 30 days of purchase) or store credit minus original shipping costs (within 31-60 days of purchase)
Simply contact us at email@example.com within the 30 days period and we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for your return within 24 hours. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please allow 7-14 business days (from the date you shipped your package) for us to receive and process your return. We highly advise that you provide us with a tracking number for your return as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.
If you believe you've received a defective item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order or you will only be eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by foreverluxelashes.com, you will issued a refund or a replacement of the same item.
MISTAKE OR DAMAGED ORDER
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com with any issues regarding mistakes or damaged products. All mistakes or damaged orders must be addressed and resolved within 7 business days of receipt to receive a refund/replacement.

- Order number
- Shipping address of order
- Pictures of all products received
- Picture of the included packing slip
